Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website faithriversdesigns.com and any interior design or art services provided by Faith Design Studio LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Faith Design Studio LLC offers full-service interior design for residential clients in the California Bay Area, as well as original art collections, including fiber art, watercolor, and acrylic pieces.

All design projects begin with an initial consultation and are subject to a signed design agreement and deposit before work commences. The specific scope, timeline, and fees for each project will be outlined in a separate client contract.

3. Design Agreement & Payment

A signed contract and deposit are required before any design work begins. Payment schedules, milestones, and terms will be clearly outlined in your individual project agreement.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your contract. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services if payment obligations are not met.

4. Procurement & Client Purchases

For full-service design projects, we manage procurement of furnishings, finishes, and décor on your behalf. Client funds collected for procurement are held and disbursed solely for the purpose of purchasing approved items.

We are not responsible for manufacturer delays, discontinued products, or price changes after an order is placed. All sales on procured items are final once ordered.

5. Art Sales

All art sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on original artwork unless the piece arrives damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with photo documentation.

Custom commissions are non-refundable once the creative process has begun.

6. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, mood boards, renderings, and artwork created by Faith Design Studio LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives a license to use the design for the agreed project only.

You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute any artwork, design plans, or creative materials created by us without written permission.

7. Photography & Portfolio Use

We reserve the right to photograph completed projects and artwork for use in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials. If you prefer your project not be featured, please notify us in writing before project completion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faith Design Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or the use of our website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of California.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
